Home Brewtique Ltd. will normally dispatch an order received before 1pm on the same working day that the order is received, however personalised items during busy times (Christmas) may require an additional working day before being dispatched.
Within mainland UK all of our starter kits will cost £7.99 for next day delivery. This is due to the large size and weight of our products in addition to often containing glass items. We have opted for the 24-hour recorded delivery service from APC for a slightly higher price because our past experience trying lower cost delivery companies led to unacceptable levels of lost packages, breakages and generally poor service.
While most large or breakable items are sent by APC, small items will be sent through Royal Mail or MyHermes on a 3-5 day service; non-mainland UK areas may face additional delivery time frames depending on how far afield you are. Current carrier services may be reviewed and changed at any time, and we reserve the right to use a different carrier providing an equivalent service.
While we have made every effort to configure the stores shipping correctly based on product weight and location, in the unlikely event shipping is miscalculated we will contact you with details and provide an option for corrected shipping value or refund. If you feel that the shipping is calculated incorrectly please do not hesitate to contact us to confirm the shipping amount prior to placing your order.
We are happy to arrange for delivery to anywhere in the world. Our shipping system has many countries input into it, so please attempt to fill-in your delivery information and in the event of your country not being in our system, please contact us for a shipping quote.
For all purchases sent outside the UK, the buyer is regarded as the importer of record. The buyer may, therefore, be subject to additional charges duties and/or taxes which will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Home Brewtique Ltd. is not responsible for any additional cost or expense incurred by the buyer save as are specifically included within the delivery charge or as otherwise provided for herein.
HomeBrewtique Ltd. shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability to HomeBrewtique Ltd. of manufactured stock, parts, or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to HomeBrewtique Ltd. by manufacturers suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Returns
Our cancellation, returns and refund policy is in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. Before returning any items to us, please contact us to discuss your situation. Any orders/items returned without pre-notification may take longer to process and refund as it is more difficult for us to locate your details.
You may cancel your order, without a reason, if the product has not yet been dispatched.
Equipment returns can be made at any time so long as it is unused and in re-saleable condition.
Unfortunately, due to health risks and resale issues, we have a stricter returns policy for our ingredients. All ingredients must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order and all vacuum seals must still be intact and items be unopened.
All products must be received and checked by HomeBrewtique Ltd. before a refund will be authorised. Refunds will be made for the returned product, but will not include repayment of any shipping charges incurred.
Home Brewtique Ltd. will action any refunds as soon as possible and within 7 working days, however because we use an external payment system ‘Stripe’ we cannot control how long it will take them to process the refund. However, it seems reasonable that no refund should take more than 30 days to process.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All goods are checked before dispatch, but in the unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you should notify us within a reasonable time period, usually within a week from receiving the goods, giving details of the damaged items. All claims for broken, or damaged goods must be supported with photographic evidence and sent to Returns@HomeBrewtique.com
HomeBrewtique Ltd.’s responsibility for loss or damage in transit will be limited to replacing the damaged products or providing a refund, whichever the buyer prefers.
We are so proud of our tried and tested recipes and instructions, that we will guarantee that if you follow the instructions step-by-step your beer will taste good. If you can confirm that you carefully followed the instructions but made a mistake somewhere due to uncertainty, and it has resulted in a bad beer, we will happily send you the same recipe to try again. Our Recipe Guarantee only applies to Home Brewtique Recipe Packs. Any build-your-own recipes are being designed and developed by you, and at your own risk, so we do not guarantee that they will turn out tasty (although we really hope they will!)
